Orders are processed and shipped after payment confirmation.
Title and responsibility for the products transfer to you upon delivery by the carrier.
Please inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery.
Damaged or Missing Items
Report shortages or shipping damage to support@pentopetal.com within 3 days of delivery.
Keep packaging and photos to assist with claims.
We will work with you to resolve issues with the carrier or provide replacements.
Returns
Products are non-returnable once the package is opened, unless there is a manufacturing/printing defect.
If defective, contact support@pentopetal.com within 3 days of delivery with photos.
Approved defective products must be returned before a replacement is shipped.
Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed unless we approve in writing.
Restocking or cancellation fees may apply.
