📦 Shipping

  • Orders are processed and shipped after payment confirmation.

  • Title and responsibility for the products transfer to you upon delivery by the carrier.

  • Please inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery.

Damaged or Missing Items

  • Report shortages or shipping damage to support@pentopetal.com within 3 days of delivery.

  • Keep packaging and photos to assist with claims.

  • We will work with you to resolve issues with the carrier or provide replacements.

Returns

  • Products are non-returnable once the package is opened, unless there is a manufacturing/printing defect.

  • If defective, contact support@pentopetal.com within 3 days of delivery with photos.

  • Approved defective products must be returned before a replacement is shipped.

Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed unless we approve in writing.

  • Restocking or cancellation fees may apply.
